I don't actually hate Vavok, Vavok is not a bad ship, me "hating on it" is just an inside joke because it was created here specifically to bug me. If you actually ship Vavok, I 100% support you. I don't think I'm ever going to actually do anything with it in my fics (feel free to come back here to point and laugh if that changes in the future), but I have no real issue with it.

Okay we need to work on our marketing plan to turn Vavok into a popular ship

So because one of my line managers at work is absolutely off the walls fucking nuts, I am altering my lore last second to make the whole "Commander Tower retires, and a new guy takes over GUN" thing happen sooner. It happened previous to the events of WtDMtN, and has been an ongoing issue for a while now.

So Tower is succeeded by a guy named Commander Wilson, and Wilson is fucking crazy. He has it in his head, for some extremely bizarre reason, that because he's the Commander of GUN, he also gets to order around the Restoration. So he's constantly sending Jewel memos and shit.

But he's not just ordering her to do shit. He's scolding her for not following the orders he sent her previously, but he never sent her those alleged "previous orders". Jewel and Lanolin are CONSTANTLY telling him they have no idea what he's talking about, and also that GUN and the Restoration are two separate entities. They do not answer to him, they have no intention of answering to him ever, stop sending half a thousand messages to them a day.

Rouge (who's kinda playing double agent in all of this, she tells the Restoration what top secret stuff GUN is up to) is also completely in the dark. She has no clue what the fuck Wilson is on about, she never knew what the fuck Wilson is on about, just keep telling him to lay off the drugs and get lost. Maybe he will eventually.

okay so in pre super genesis wave there is VERY complex space lore. when shadow was made they said they'll come back after 50 years to destroy mobius, but then. didnt. and thats bc when they were omw (on my way) to mobius they ran into the xorda, who (long story short) also wanted to destroy for. their own reasons after being thwarted once by evolution and once by sonic hedgehog. So they were just fighting each other for. forever. and tried to rope in other aliens into the war like the bems (who are obsessed with roboticization) and the argentium (they abducted tails's family). You might want to make some shit up about the chaos emeralds, since in preboot archie there used to be a TON of them in one of 7 planets, like green in mobius, or red in some bug world, until they were merged into the regular 7 by tails, shadow, and a buff as hell panda After the reboot, where shth 05 is canon, a smaller faction was stationed in a different planet. (this is eclipse) eclipse did some fucking wucking with the wisps to make his chreechurs, and made them into bioweapons. Then the eclipse arc pics up

Obviously, because they are two different dimensions, marriages in the Chaos Dimension aren't technically legally recognized in the Sol Dimension, and vice versa.

The only couple married in both dimensions is Tangle and Whisper.

Infinite is also technically married in both... to two different people. But the Sol Dimension one might not be legal for several reasons. Infinite insists it counts though.
