Hi! My name is Ally :D I’m just a hobbyist artist that enjoys drawing whatever fandom/piece of media I’m brainrotting over at the current time. Expect a LOT of OC art here, I just love making them so much~ My other socials here!!

Kamu and Emmet often encounter each other in the Subway, primarily because Kamu uses it often for easy transport between towns to work and survey. So she often encounters Emmet on her way to her stop and he’d guide her over as well so they’d get a chance to talk before they both continue working for the day!

She's originally just a Pokemon Ranger but Mermay got me inspired to join this lil AU! I'll probably end up drawing a little more since I love drawing her fins :> Thank you again!

I may or may not have been having a Mermay brainrot the last few days,,, I forget that I honestly really enjoy drawing mermaids overall and also just making mermaids into different animals, such as manta rays!

I decided to make Kamu into a manta ray because honestly they’re one of my favorite animals (orcas coming in first), so I doodled a couple of things for her :> The doodle dump is how I MAY imagine her and Emmet meeting, where she got herself caught in her net traveling somewhere she shouldn’t have gone to and Emmet ends up helping her out of it! (Emmets mer design is based off of @/zhenniii ‘s design of how they drew submas as mer!! I loved it a lot ;v;) Some lil tid bits about Kamu in this au, manta rays don’t make any sort of noise from what we know but they do communicate via gestures and by how they flap their fins, similar to sign language, so I’m semi deciding making Kamu here mute and simply communicates with gestures! Thought that would be fun~ Kamu also thrives on being a ranger still, but hasn’t made a proper job from it so she helps in however way she can with any other mer or creatures that may need her help, plus she finds it hard communicating with humans due to her being unable to talk and all, so she does her own thing most of the time!
