-many disabilities are worsened or triggered into flares by stress

-stress often occurs when other people are counting on you and there's a crunch to get things done

-employers regularly understaff, creating constant dependency on particular people and creating unneeded crunches

-disabled people become "unreliable" and "unhireable" because they have disabilities and cannot safely deal with the mandatory crunches

-on top of that, the crunches give previously abled people disabilities, shunting them into "unhireable"

fantastic update, our restaurant has lifted its smoking ban and is now smoking-optional. you may continue to not smoke inside if you'd prefer, but we're excited to now offer our guests the freedom to make everyone else in this enclosed airspace inhale whatever particulates they'd like to release via combustion. if you have like some kind of health problem or whatever, you are totally welcome to choose not to smoke. we're very excited to be getting back to normal!

The metaphor of the second example is lost on those of us who remember when smoking was banned in restaurants and how the above was a commonly held position (next to ‘banning smoking in restaurants and bars will decrease people eating out and ruin the economy’).
