This is the first time i side with someone that’s not the victim, I side with Melanie Martinez, not because “I’m a fan of her” or “she’s my fave” but because I’ve looked up this case since the first time it came out, I did knew about Melanie but i didn’t listen to her music as much, but I had no idea who timothy was nor that she used to be on a band. At first like anyone would, I sided with heller because she’s the “victim” but then months started to go by and since all the statements where on twitter then of course the “twitter justice” was showing more and more evidence of why Timothy was lying and honeslty it all started to make sense.

-she lied about the dates that the raped happend (in every interview she made also mel was on your so...)

-about when they stop being friends (there’s a tweet from HER old tweeter account that’s from 2017 answering a question if her and Mel where still friends, Tim answered yes)(when supposedly she said their friendship ended in 2016)

Have in mind that after that tweet months later she came up with the story!

-about her iPhone album messing up the dates

-about WHO BOUGHT THE GAME

-about WHO MADE THE OTHER SMOKE WEED

-she laughed with her friend eve in an insta live about rape and said and I quote “Is not like fucking melanie stabbed me”

-let’s not forget Tim has BPD which can cause the person to believe something that didn’t happened, Melanie cut their friendship and a person with BPD can’t handle being alone or forgotten. (THE GIRL HAS MENTAL ILLNESS FOR FUCKS SAKE LOOK UP THE FUCKING SYMPTOMS PLUS SHE SAID IT HERSELF IN HER YOUTUBE CHANNEL.)
