as we all know that twst is getting an anime soon, yes - I know, I know, we might get more "toxic fans" in the fandom.
but why focus on the toxic/negative part, when you can just block?
on the bright side, we might meet more new amazing people (and hopefully good friends too), more fan content and in general, more good things.
if you meet someone toxic/you don't like them just block. no need for so much fuss.
please don't assume new fans will be toxic all the time, don't gatekeep the fandom. as my last few reblogs from another blog have mentioned, twst doesn't belong to you, and it's accessible by everyone.
and another important thing I want to point out - shipping.
Look, some people may ship "problematic" content, but you can filter tags, yes? and you can just scroll down without attacking people and causing a ruckus, right?
at the end of the day, the people you attack are still human beings, behind the screen. would you say something like this, in real life? (I apologize for I don't know how to put things under the cut on mobile)
"you ship problematic stuff, kys"
Let people do their thing. And for the shippers - regardless of what you ship or not, please don't force it onto others. Not everyone likes ships.
And another thing. Headcanons. Headcanons are not canon, I have to point this out because some people are...let's just say they're a little out of control regarding headcanons. I've personally seen some people getting mad over a damn headcanon.
"I headcanon (character) as (headcanon), so they're obviously (headcanon on the character)"
"You're a (insert whatever hateful word) if you don't agree that (character) is (headcanon) 🥺🥺"
Like ships, please don't force it onto others.
If you're constantly pressed over a fictional character, please go outside, touch some grass and lick it. Hell, even eat the whole damn field.
I went off topic, fuck-
but yeah. twst is getting an anime, and it may seem scary to meet toxic people, but let's ignore them and focus on the positive aspects, okay?
That is all and I apologize for the long post.
