Once upon a time I was scrolling down an IF blog and the author had an scenario that was like the MC making a cake but messing it up completely.

And one of the ROs, who was, you know, like the Edgy One™, just looked at the disaster and was like "to be honest, it can be salvaged" and that scenario has been burnt in my mind like the MC's cake was, but for the life of me, I can't remember what IF it was, and the RO's name even less 😭😭😭

For all I know I could have followed the blog and reblogged the intro post, but I have no way of knowing which one out of all of the intros I have reblogged that sceneario is from!

Had a nightmare last night that I was getting married to my highschool boyfriend

After game session last night, Sam has to get magical items peer approved, because the first thing they almost chose was a necklace of fireballs that could theoretically backfire for up to 55d6 damage on themself, then almost chose a pair of cursed gloves that would force them to attempt to pickpocket the same person every time they encounter that person with increasing difficulty each time, all because they don't read the entire description of items before their magpie brain goes OOH NEAT

They were also drinking their coffee straight out of one of those half gallon cartons last night, but that's a completely different topic

still not over the regular customer yesterday who was so proud to have been given a kids-glasses case for free (probably for being annoying), who was very adamant that my boss isn’t one of my colleagues because he is my BOSS (which fair enough but also this here is way more casual than he may be thinking) and who whined about paying 40cts for smth as a REGULAR and then gave it to me in 1 20ct piece, 1 10ct piece, 1 5ct piece, 2 2ct pieces and 1 1ct piece, looking very smug upon paying me....40cts for something he had to pay for and, idk “outdoing” a 22year old trainee who has been here for not even 3years yet (something he also scoffed at me for-for being “new”)

And if he had paid 200€ in 1ct pieces, we’d just have sat together there until I accurately counted it all out w/out him being allowed to leave, idc I am getting paid to be here till the end of the day-he isn’t

Ok so people with mental illnesses have done bad things, and do bad things, and will continue to do bad things. But you know what that makes us? just like everyone else. and regardless of whether or not we did something harmful because of our mental illness, we’re worthy of respect and being helped. no, I’m not the greatest person alive but neither are you. help me like you would want to be helped, instead of calling me a monster and breaking me down.
