Ideal Standard to showcase latest additions to its Atelier Collections - Calla and Joy Neo - at Salone del MobileIdeal Standard has added to its award-winning Atelier Collections with two new beautifully crafted ranges: Calla and Joy Neo. The new ranges will be part of the highlights shown by Ideal Standard at this year’s Salone del Mobile, the biggest interior design exhibition in the world. Taking place in Milan from June 7th to 12th, Ideal Standard will be showcasing how its design heritage has influenced the latest additions to its Atelier Collections, which combine classic features with modern technology and innovative design to create inspiring bathroom solutions. The new collections represent a true fusion of design across the ages, each range inspired by classic bathroom pieces, combined with contemporary elements – delivering a new eclecticism in bathroom design. Created by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, the products in the Calla and Joy Neo ranges have been developed specifically with flexibility in mind, allowing them to be integrated in a variety of different interior styles. These two collections embody Ideal Standard’s Singular™ philosophy, to provide inspiring, holistic bathroom solutions from a complete range of product categories, which can be easily tailored to achieve custom designs and styles. By bringing together the company’s sector expertise and design service, as well as the complete range of Ideal Standard’s products, this new approach streamlines the bathroom design and selection process for customers, architects and designers. Calla Inspired by the Victorian age and early ceramic production, the Calla range features clear, simple geometric shapes with strong horizontal and vertical lines, for a timeless product that embodies muted luxury. Calla comprises a wide range of ceramic pieces, including elegant basins and pedestals, sophisticated toilets and bidets, and a stunning statement piece - a neoclassical free-standing bathtub. The basins can also be combined with the more contemporary leg set, giving the product a completely different identity and enabling customers to integrate it in modern bathroom designs. Joy Neo Joy Neo represents an evolution of classicism, combining features from the more contemporary and cylindrical Joy collection with classic, square design elements, and either cross or leaver-handles. The result is a highly versatile and sophisticated range of fittings that can be perfectly combined with neo-classical ranges like Calla, but also with more minimalist ceramic lines, like Ideal Standard’s Extra. Joy Neo offers a comprehensive variety of pieces, including single lever basin mixers, dual control basin mixers, wall-mounted basin mixers and 3-hole basin mixers as well as different bath and shower products. Available in two finishes, Magnetic Grey and Chrome, the collection is adaptable to suit any space. Although taking design inspiration from the past, the range is engineered with the future in mind to provide the best experience for users, with innovative technology on the inside. The EcoFlow regulator reduces water consumption down to 5L/min, for a more sustainable use of water without compromising on comfort. It is effortless to install, with EasyFix® decreasing installation time by 30 per cent. The Magnetic Grey products are produced using the latest technology – Physical Vapour Deposition – to preserve the vibrancy of the coloured brassware. PVD is a thin protective coating applied in a vacuum, which ensures products are ten times more resistant to chemicals, wear, impact, discoloration and corrosion. Additionally, SmartShine® finishing on the chrome models increases longevity, while also making cleaning easier. Speaking on the new collections, Roberto Palomba said: "It was never our intention to create collections that can only be used in classic interior design, but instead our aim was to design products that can be adapted and fused with elements from other eras to give customers freedom to express themselves. Innovation, heritage and the needs of the modern day are key elements represented in the neoclassical Calla and Joy Neo ranges.” Both collections are available as of April 2022. digging through old, contemporary ac content makes me kinda wistful that i missed all of that. ac s2 overlapped with my final semester in uni and between how busy and that stressful that semester was, and that i am really bad at finding access to overseas TV, i basically missed the whole train.

#at least the fandom is still here so i can still join albeit years late #personal #i would see reaction posts from the time and wonder what it must have been like to witness 2x10 in real time #but then i remembered that 2x10 aired on 1 march 2016 #and in the first week of march 2016 i was asking for extension on my midterm paper so i could work on my grad project draft #and i was asking for extension on my grad project draft so i could work on grad school application #i basically skipped a week's worth of classes just to catch up on essays #even if i had access to abc at the time i would not have had the emotional capacity to compute 210 #which makes me a little less sad about missing out on it being aired #because if i had to process that episode while working on three different essays at the same time #i would never have enjoyed the ep with the kind of depth i do now so #silver linings in clouds i suppose

2016- Spain- Dan qualified in P3 starting behind Lewis and Nico. He took P1 after they collided with each other. He led the race for 30 laps when Red Bull randomly put their lead driver on the worst strategy-a 3 stop strategy, losing him the lead and handing it on a platter to their other driver.

“The outcome of the race was frustrating,” Ricciardo said. “Is it easy to move on? I wouldn’t say easy. Can you move on? Absolutely.”

“It’s been a few days since the race and I still wake up with it on my mind. I’m going to bed with it off my mind but I’m waking up with it on my mind. It’ll take a bit of time.” (X)

“I’m a bit devastated. A big part of me is happy the team are on winning form but it’s hard to celebrate,” Ricciardo said. “To not be on the podium sucks. I will pull the guys aside who I need to ask what the deal was today.”(X)
