14 and 15 for the oc asks? :D
you are so lovely, thank you for sending asks in!!! I am either giving you a smooch on the top of your head or a little head pat, depending on which you are more comfortable with 😊
I also apologize in advance if my sentences don't make any sense. I suck at articulating myself 😭😭
14; How does your OC react to others being in pain?
Evelyn -> It depends on who the person in pain is. They usually do not care, unless it's either a member of their Crew or someone their Crew cares about. But other than that? They used to not react at all. They've seen people in pain all their life, they've been taught to ignore it. But with time, they've grown to look away when someone is in pain, as if they can't bear seeing it. But, if their enemy is in pain, they will enjoy watching them suffer - there's nothing that satisfies them more.
Mono -> It depends, again. He'll be extremely worried, even panicked if it's a Crew member (especially if it's Evelyn or Vi). With other people? He definitely looks uncomfortable whenever he sees anyone in pain, but he will feel less empathy for his enemies than for citizens and such. He avoids looking at anyone who's in pain, and tries to block out the noise. He just wants to disappear from the scene.
Vi -> Similar to her brother (Mono), she'd be extremely worried if it was someone that she's close to. Other than that, she probably would not react at all, unless it's either a child or an elderly person in pain. Then she'd be genuinely worried, even get teary-eyed depending on the intensity of their pain.
Keane -> Despite being taught not to care about the pain of others, he visibly reacts to people's suffering. There's an expression of guilt on his face whenever he sees someone in pain since he's part of the ''main evil'' and most of the pain caused to the people comes from this ''main evil''. Among his first reactions would be to offer help, but when his help is being refused (or he knows it'll be refused), he looks away - the looking away, where you close your eyes tightly and press your lips together, trying to suppress the emotions that are threatening to take over.
Riley -> Depends on who's in pain. Most of the time, there'd just be a split-second where you can spot her feeling sad or guilty or uncomfortable, but it's gone rather quickly. Reactions are a lot 'longer' and more expressive when a loved one is hurt. Though if it's an enemy or someone who hurt their loved ones, then there won't be much of a reaction. A cold stare at most.
Lèon -> In the beginning, he'd just not react or he'd enjoy watching the person suffer, depending on who the person is. Sometimes he thrives on it. But later? No reaction. Just a blank expression. Nothing. If you look close enough, you might see some sadness or similar emotions in his eyes. But only if you're lucky.
15; What's a flaw they hate the most about themselves?
Evelyn -> They believe that it's their struggle to control their emotions, specifically anger and rage.
Mono -> He believes that it's his numbness to certain situations. Also, the way he retreats in most situations and just sticks to the shadows.
Vi -> Her lack of control over her mood swings (and emotions). They sometimes happen in split seconds and she only realizes what happened afterward.
Keane -> His 'loyalty' to the 'enemy'. He knows that what he's doing isn't right, but he feels like he's indebted to the 'enemy' and basically refuses to leave their side. Evelyn has - despite being his main enemy - offered him more than once a place in their crew since Keane has been rather kind to them and their crew more than once.
Riley -> How they don't remember anything prior to a certain point in their life. They don't remember their parents, or whoever raised them. They don't remember their name or anything.
Léon -> How easily he gets manipulated or provoked when you use his grief or emotions to do so.
