What would happen if Jackrow was made from the goo along with Gray Matter?
It would definitely be a lot more tragic since Gray Matter would at first attempt to convince his "brother" to join him in his quest of "free will annihilation" due to how he knows Jackrow would want to protect the people he loves most but after some intense arguing, they become bitter rivals due to their different views on how peace could be made.
Diana is still alive and is looking for "The Chosen One" in order to protect him from her father Sadistic Sam, who is also hunting him down along with his other children for his power. Helen, Diana, and Jackrow become their own small family after quite some time later.
Victor Hex definitely hates Jackrow even more due to how he's related to the thing that killed his family and this grudge of his is even more personal.
Jackrow would definitely be a more blue Slime/Ooze version of himself, kinda like Gray Matter but has a much more stable form.

Does Drakrow still exist?
Yes but he's more of a guardian to Jackrow's mind and soul that makes sure that nothing can destroy or corrupt either.
He can help increase Jackrow's power by ten fold through merging with Jackrow's being but his power is a lot more unstable and harder to control and if he uses too much of it, he'll become exhausted and fatigued for a good bit.
And before you ask...Yes. He has done "it" with J in that form before and had practically shook the entire house while doing "it".

Sadistic Sam: Deathstroke (Teen Titans).
Ross: Gumball.
Jackrow: Gus Porter (S1 and later on S2).

Present/redeemed J would win due to her being upgraded and taught by Jackrow to channel her soul/core to use a very special fighting style.
