This episode we are joined by our lovely guest Nini (@n1ni) to discuss the next batch of Pinky and The Brain segments from the original Animaniacs! Brain Meets Brawn is an amusing Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde parody that has Brain consume the infamous potion so he could enact his plan to overthrow the British Empire. The Helpinki Formula follows Pinky and Brain as they advertise their shrinking formula on an infomercial program. In addition to reviewing these episodes, we’ll also go over some other memorable Jekyll and Hyde references and the strange world of infomercials!

Ok, this is a vague idea that I had in a sleepless night xd.

Well, grabbing the designs of the talented cartoonist @cheezydraws from the Warnes brothers being smaller in their anime design, I imagined that being with that children's design for so long (taking into account from the first time they designed them, to all their stay being locked in the water tower) would give them a great impact when they will change their designs, to some more... attached to the anime style at that time (since, as you can see, being forgotten for a long time their designs began to spoil and abuse), they would have a small meltdown due to the sudden transition from: being very small, to being a little bigger, idk xdn't

And yes, I think that would be it (*﹏*;)

I know that The Warners and The Misfits have crushes on each other, but are they aware of their crushes? Like, are Yakko and Dot aware of Wakko's crush on Taffy?

Ooh, good question Anon!Siblingwise, in a way they’re mostly aware of their crushes.

With Yakko's crush on Laffy, Wakko and Dot like to tease their big brother, but he tries to deny it mostly bc he's never actually met someone who's seriously into him. On the other hand, Taffy and Cousin Libby encourage Laffy to make a move, while Scott’s the one who makes fun of his sister’s crush.

As for Wakko's crush on Taffy, it's pretty obvious on both ends bc they both like hanging out with each other often whether they go grab a bite of food or going off to prank the grownups together.

As for Dot and Scott’s soft crushes on each other, none of the other Warner siblings or Misfits are aware that they actually have feelings for one another because of their constant bickering. However bc Laffy’s the hopeless romantic of the gang, she has her suspicions on her little brother and who he “like-likes”.

Dot: It's too late. [the gorilla screeches] Yakko? Wakko?

Wakko and Yakko: [still in the bag] Yes, Dot?

Dot: I'm sorry I caused all this. I'm not scared of going outside anymore. [eye widens] But I'm terrified of gorillas now.

Yakko: [shaken] Ah, that's okay, baby sis. Us too.

Dot: You know what I don't understand though?

 [moves to Wakko]

Wakko: What?

Dot: What's a live action gorilla doing in a cartoon in the first place?

 [the gorilla's eyes widen once he realizes this]

Gorilla: [man's voice] Oh! Well, it's funny you should, I mean, you see, George, they're on to us! [A zebra rushes onto the screen]

George: Let's get outta here! 

[the gorilla gets on George and rides away with him. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are watching the gorilla ride on George into the sunset. Text reads: The End. The screen zooms out to reveal a live-action family watching the episode on TV in confusion. The father turns to the mother and gives her a confused look. He shakes his head, and eventually turns off the TV.]
