A strange conversation with a convenient store cashier

This short comic was inspired by my visit to Family Mart yesterday. Yep it’s my fave chocolate from that convenient store tho I will buy it at every visit but not weekly of course :)

Sick of being made to be less than human for something I have no control over

People literally think of individuals with low to no guilt as a danger, cause "whAt If tHeY deCidE tO brEAk thE Law?🥺" bitch have you considered we're people with reason and not animals controlled by sensations and instincts? As if other fully emotional people haven't committed atrocities all the same

We're literally fucking beasts to them, they're scared of 'what we might' do. Babe if a little painful feeling is the only thing keeping you from committing heinous acts that's your problem, I'm better than that.

I just wanna live life without hearing about how people with my same characteristics are the definition of a literal monster. And then they ask me why I feel the need to hide who I am, cause I'm nothing but a rabid dog who's barely held together as far as they're concerned.

Life gets strange when you have to walk around with some of the most stigmatized traits people like to bitch about

Book Asks!

12) Did you enjoy any compulsory high school readings?

Yeah, I had a few that I liked! I'm going to include middle school reading in this too since we were reading high school level books. The one I remember enjoying the absolute most was And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, which I read for English in 7th grade. Watership Down was assigned to me in 6th and I hated at the time, though came to love it years later. I also enjoyed Fahrenheit 451, Life of Pi, Catcher in the Rye, Lord of the Flies, and parts of Les Mis.

18) Do you like historical books? Which time period?

I'm not sure if this question means "books written in past time periods" or just historical fiction. I haven't read much of the former (except, of course, keeping up with Dracula Daily), and the latter, I really just started recently. The historical period I'm most interested in is the 19th century to early 20th century, but I don't think I've actually read any books set there yet. Other than that, I did very much enjoy a couple of regency WLW romances written by Olivia Waite.

I. Who knows the parkade is copy machine? The cars which are spun and spit out of the square box, whether Peugeot, Mercedes, or Jaguar, are all made of papers.

II. Rain falls on the town. The used copy paper, stained with ink, loses its way home. The wind is blowing. Inkjet print dances lightly through the valley of the buildings.

III. A road sweeper runs on the breakdown lane at midnight. Along with the fallen leaves of the ginkgo, the Xerox cars disappear below the horizon.
