How preterm, do you think, the preemies were? (Toby, Cody, Elspeth, Elliot and Ciero)

Toby and Cody were probably about seven weeks premature. Not extremely early, but enough to be not fully cooked.

Elspeth and Elliot were a month early. Elspeth was luckily very healthy when she was born. Elliot, not so much.

Ciero was actually born when Elspeth was 24 weeks pregnant. A full four months early. She was incredibly poorly, and Elspeth spent as much time with him as she could.

Wow, okay. I see how it is.

Cody and Toby are Jewish, right? They follow Judaism as their mother does? In orthodox Judaism, suicide is viewed as sin, it’s forbidden by Jewish law. Is that ever, I guess, a worry for Cody (as he’s participated in suicidal tendencies before) as he’s not following Jewish law?

Cody gets very nervous about it. Because, every teaching he's ever followed tells him to respect his body, to love life and enjoy it to the fullest.

But his brain keeps telling him all of these horrible things; he feels so, so low, and only Toby also understands.

These boys are in a very tricky predicament.

Hcs for the twins?

Toby and Cody both have the same friend group. They grew up in the same neighbourhood, with the same kids about them. Toby was a social butterfly and made friends easily, while Cody just sat with his brother.

Toby and his friends have a lot of fun things they do over video chat. They'll play the family version of cards against humanity, they'll read passages from books in funny voices, they'll do anything together.
