I find this a tough question to answer, because the answer depends on so many different variables: who's letting themselves grow? Why are they letting themselves go? How much weight are they planning to gain: Is it only a little to feel more comfortable in their own skin? Or are they planning to become an immobile blob and completely remove any humanity that they had in order to fulfill their food addiction?
I guess the one answer which encompasses all these different things is that the person who's gaining weight is living life on their exact terms in order to make themselves feel good and be the exact person that they want to be, putting their own desires above everyone else, regardless of what society thinks of them. It's liberating, regardless of whether they want to gain 10 pounds, 100 pounds, or even 1000 pounds.
That and the fact that fat is sexy and all that.
I Love My Fat!
Seen some of my content was being shared in fitness and fat shaming blogs. Just want it known that I LOVE my fat and will continue to add more and more fat to this body! Every stretch mark is a middle finger to the haters! Everyone has the right to be happy with their own body. At 120lbs and a height of 5’8 I wasn’t satisfied with society’s “ideal” body and sought out my ideal body. Now, if you excuse me I have a buffet to go visit!
