I saw a rumor going around on Twitter about a survey from Hana to Yume magazine (which publishes a bunch of Shojo manga) asking fans to vote on “Which shojo series should be made into an anime?” and Yona of the Dawn is winning the poll! [link to the tweet is redacted because I don’t want to call out the person] I would straight up SCREAM if there was another anime adaptation of Yona that continued where the first season left off. But since this is only a poll, I did some research and Hana to Yume is hosting a poll! Unfortunately, a poll promising the winner a new anime adaption is not it. The poll is actually to vote on “Which manga published in Hana to Yume do you like the most?” and Yona of the Dawn is currently winning by a good margin! Manga magazines often host polls like this, so I don’t think this will directly result in an anime. But it still fills my heart that my favorite manga is winning.
