It's a sunny warm day, too warm for May. ... It's more like mid June out but I took the dogs for a walk in the woods anyways this morning and finally got in a small driving lesson. That's when I snapped the photo's you'll see in my previous post. When I got home I started working on my Yarrow monograph and now I'm going to copy out my animism and botany notes from last week (I'm slightly behind again) and then I'm going to prepare 2 tinctures tonight; mugwort and passionflower or damiana (note sure which yet), make some homemade raviolli, sketch, and hopefully practice some sigil making. I want to change up the way I make sigils to make them easier to memorize and use when I'm away from the computer. That's it for today, hopefully in the future I'll branch out and make more than just these daily logs. I can't wait to get to the point where I can start sharing recipes, spells, and new sigil designs with everyone.

Sometimes you'd leave spell bottles or crystals around the dorm as protection or for positive energy

At first they were really confused tho

Some of them probably threw away they spell bottles at firsts

Then after they found out they were from you, they left them alone

Imagine one night you left a calming crystal under Bakugou's pillow or something and he just screamed at you saying, "I DON'T NEED THIS DUMB ROCK!"

You probably have a lot of scents coming from your room because of the incense and herbs you use

You probably cleanse the dorm every once in a while

If you use herbs on the floor, they'd be like, "Why is there (insert herb used) all over the floor?"

If you use noise/bells, they'd probably be very weirded out

Today's a much better day than yesterday! It's hot out and slightly overcast (storms coming in later) but I took the dogs for a walk around the block anyways. Came in, made them some t-shirt chew toys from the t-shirt yarn I keep just for them. Started working on downloading an art course to improve my art over the summer and now I've got a botany zoom class and I've gonna do some knitting knot magic while I'm in class. :) I'm making some facial cloths to go with my yarrow and witchazel spray. Trying to embed pain free healing and confidence with every stitch.

I pulled some oracle cards today to see what my animal archtype was and got 'crow' which I have to admit is kind of cool. (See a previous post for the details!) Then drew a single card for the day. I am planning on pulling some tarot cards later this evening though and doing a yarrow or passionflower tea meditation (not sure which yet), then later tonight I've got a 'Lunar Eclipse Watch Party'. I'm gonna join this online since the eclipse probably not going to be visible here because of stormy weather and I might work on sketching the moon phases etc.
