Some more Mochitalia!

This is the second batch of Hetalia mochi’s I made for my friend @whenwolfbaneblooms. From left to right it’s: America, France oni-chan and Canada~ . (look at France just vibing in the middle xD )

Like the last ones, I used an existing pattern for the mochi shape, one made by coconut_lane on DeviantArt (see my last mochi post). These were also handsewn. The faces were embroidered on, but the eye colours were coloured with fabric markers.

I made even more, but they were made in 2011, so they'll be uploaded soon(-ish).

Hand-sewn, bat pattern, pouch bag for small things like jewellery, coins, or your 🍃 ;)

Here’s a bit more progress on the pillowcase I’m making to match my blanket. I’ve ran out of brown yarn, I used the last of it for one small rectangle which will be attatched with another row soon. 

Sewed these four entirely by hand! They are Shoji the tanuki, Kogitsune the fox, Aka-chan the red panda, and Senbei the deer. Each one took between 35 and 45 hours to make.

They are all going to be listed on my ko-fi tonight (Sat., May 14) at 7pm CST (8pm EST/5 pm PST).

Traje Brasilis: A Camisa Riding Habit

Depois de 19 dias de costura a mão e de reclamar muito que esse crochê não rendia finalmente acabei a minha riding habit. Essa camisa é inspirada no século 18 e faz parte de minha recriação histórica para o projeto Traje Brasilis.

A camisa foi confeccionada em linho e o crochê em fio de algodão egípcio com botões de madrepérola. Utilizei costura reta simples para unir as peças, os acabamentos foram executados com ponto em espiral e as bainhas em ponto escama.

Custos aproximados:

▪ Linho 56 reais, um metro.

▪ Linha de costura gasto irrisório, tenho esse carretel há anos.

▪ Fio de algodão, sobrou de outro projeto, na ocasião paguei 18 reais por ele.

▪ Botões de madrepérola 11,50 a dúzia do modelo grande e 2,50 a dúzia do modelo pequeno, ambos sobraram.

Ps: Galega pois o meu cabelo estava feio eu queria tirar fotos e não achei a peruca morena.
