I was informed of new lore about the Drifter making soup for Eris, may the local loremaster provide this trashy shipper with the source for this lore 👀🙏

They have a lot of lore in the seasonal armour set! It's called Eidolon Pursuant set. The soup cooking is at the end of the final piece, the class item:

The whole story on the entire set is great and it's all about them (it's the same on all classes).

The one thing I dislike is that they went back to having Eris calling Drifter "rat." Bungie, we've been through this. It soured a bit of this delicious lore with Eris and Drifter, something I've been missing since Arrivals. Other than that, I liked the whole thing very much.

The way Drifter respects her is just something so incredibly good to me. He treats her so well. I'm also soft about how Eris started signing her messages with "Trust." Which is Drifter's typical sign-off. She also said it to Crow last season.

I'm not really sure if I should write this drabble from second person or third person point of view... I feel like it might be more impactful as a horror one-shot if I do it from second-person.

Also, writing Emmet's dialogue is so good. Something about the short, factual way he talks + the tension and dawning horror of the situation is such a good combination... It's not something I would have ever thought to pair together before.

wip wednesday excerpt! it's funny, folks seem to enjoy reading wizard theorizing (as do I!), but godddd I hate writing it. wdym I have to be clever and thoughtful and scientific? I have a film degree. my school had one math class total and it was literally called "Math."

unfortunately it does come with the territory, so here's a bit of a discussion regarding popular theories about the boundaries of the planes, feat. not one, not two, but THREE wizards:
