Wooow a week already!? I'm quite surprised tbh! Like, this went so quickly, and quite well

Well... Yes. I am. But omg as a chronically depressed person, this week felt so good
I had downs, but it was really nice on the whole
I was able to declutter, I have worked out in some way almost every single day, I studied, I almost fixed my sleep schedule...
And my periods are back. And to be clear, I don't think it's the lifestyle in itself that made it happen
I think it's because this way of eating feels so good that I actually eat without feeling guilty. Which, as a binge eater, is something I really struggle with
I'm gaining some weight back and it feels so nice. It's not noticeable yet but I'm really happy and excited about it
