I actually play FEH (and BBS) and I’ve been tooling around with Fallen Rhea. She’s really good. I did the Abyssal Legendary Marth BHB and Mr. Anti-Dragon himself couldn’t kill her. Sure, she couldn’t really engage on him for fear of death, but she could survive getting doubled by effective damage with a special. 

So regarding Akari and Ingo's relationship, does he know she thinks of him as a dad?

That does not occur for quite some time - like, post red sky, close to the end!

But don't worry, that whole debacle is verrrrry plot relevant towards the end :)
