More questions of brain with too much freedom

Who decided that letters would be written with those letters?, and that the word letters would be used to call some little drawings?, and mixing those little drawings you get a word?, who decided that a word would be called a word?, who decided what sound would every little drawing be?, Who decided what combination of what little drawing would sound like?, Who was it?, And why did everyone ended up accepting it?

I did some quick search ups and I don’t think it answers your questions exactly but here lol

For the last few I don’t really have any ideas but I guess once they were made we just accepted it because it sounded the most logical and easy way to remember? I’m not really sure hehe but that’s alright!
