    Went a little wild and cooked tonight... like, a LOT. And I'll put it all away in meal preps but I'm having some of my veggies and while I love them, I put so much cayenne pepper in them and it's so spicy I think I will explode but in like, a good way.

    🥦Spinach & Broccoli Pasta🍝

    Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I'm still hanging around. I've got another low-cal recipe to share that's really tasty and smells so good that my mom actually wanted to try it lol.

    Ingredients

    • 1 package Shirataki Noodles - 10

    • 75g Broccoli, chopped - 25

    • 0.25 cup Frozen Spinach - 16

    • 0.5 cup Water - 0

    • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste - 30

    • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning - 10

    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder - 10

    • Salt & Pepper to taste - 1-5

    Instructions

    1: Drain and rinse noodles well then boil for 5-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    2: Steam broccoli and spinach in a skillet or saucepan. Add tomato paste and water and stir until combined.

    3: Reduce heat to LOW and add seasonings. Add noodles and stir until well-mixed.

    4: Serve immediately or store for later!

    Total Calories: 105 calories

    This is an actually filling meal that tastes like real food and it's relatively easy to make! It's also a great make-ahead meal if you have school or work or just want to meal prep.

    #I remembered that post about trans time traveling Mrs frizzle today- specifically the part that explains #that taking estrogen can make you thirsty and need electrolytes which means pickles are a huge hit with people taking estrogen #and suddenly my trans coworker’s love of our large (and I mean almost the size of your hand) pickles makes a lot of sense #she has one every time she’s here even if she’s also having something else for a meal #apparently our pickles are also just really good but this explains why she has one literally every time
