So I guess going back to the office took more of a toll on me than I thought. My schedule feels so out of whack and I’ve been stress eating to make up for it.
This is yesterday and today. I have family coming at the end of next week and I’m really worried about how changes to my schedule will further effect my habits. Which probably means my relationship with food is still needs some work.
Today was the first day back in the office. I’ll be going back in twice a week and so far so good? I have to admit, I’m not feeling the most comfortable but I think seeing actual people may help in the mental health department. Anyways, here’s my MFP check in:
Was doing Mother’s Day stuff for the weekend and took a break from tracking. But here is today’s MFP check in. It was a busy day and to be honest I feel like I ate a lot of toast because it was easy. Not exactly the healthiest day but I suppose it was fine overall.
My lower back has been acting up severely the last month or so. I was unfortunately born with a missing vertebra and super thin discs between the others, so... life gets painful sometimes.
Because of the pain and in an effort to feel better tomorrow, I stayed in bed almost the entire day. However, I thought I'd put last week's effort in a few snapshots to feel better about myself 😁

Working away on felting a hedgehog. I think once I finish the kits I’ve purchased, I’m going to start with some beginner tutorials I found online. Clearly I need to take a step back and start much more simpler than I have been.

Date night so lots of food. I regret nothing, it was a good night.
Today went pretty well. No meetings or anything so I could just buckle down and get stuff done. I drank a lot of iced coffee because I was feeling exhausted. Hopefully tomorrow will have some sun. I’m basically solar powered at this point.
Also I uh…finished that fox felting kit and it turned out pretty rough.
