The only reason I took two years of French in highschool was to be able to understand the French versions of miraculous ladybug episodes before the English dub/subtitles were available.

“Maybe just go with however you jot it down,” she tries, seeing him take a deep and harsh breath. “Don’t worry if it’ll transpose correctly or not, you’ll just lose the emotion in tweaking it, won’t you? Put it however your brain and heart make the pencil move, whatever you feel, into the staff measures.”
The next ten seconds are spent with Luka trying to gauge her and her words, light ceruleans flicking over her features as his tongue darts out to wet his lips. “And what if the one listening to my music doesn’t get what I’m trying to say?”
Green light? She wonders briefly as she notices his breathing grow quicker.
“Then they don’t get art,” she begins, and there’s a pause to his demeanor, like he’s waiting for something else. She turns his chair to face him better, praying her feet don’t try to reach down and touch the floor to pull herself closer to him. “They don’t get you.”
She just now notices that there’s a strain running along his arms, the veins dancing under the sleeve of ink on his left arm where the fabric of his hoodie has been rolled up.
“Would you get me?”

You know what's kind of wild
I got a comment recently that I should do art from Strike Back and I didn't think I needed to because that's a gorgeous episode (I did a redraw from Mr. Pigeon 72 in part because the end of that ep didn't look the best) but I've been realizing that I haven't drawn much of anything from season 4! I loved season 4 and I haven't even drawn Ladybug's power up suit, much less all the other new outfits! (Except for Polymouse, I did a sketch of her)
I've just been absorbing everything happening and thinking about theories and working on paid work.
Just, wow... I've drawn so many Ladybugs but not that one.
(Or most of the variations, like Pennybug, Pegabug, Beebug, etc)
