VAX’S   LEFT   EYE   IS   SWOLLEN   SHUT.         he’s   pretty   sure   one   of   his   wrists   is   broken.      his   ankle   is   twisted   terribly   from   falling   off   the   roof   when   he’s   caught   by   the   guards.      but,   gods,   he   hasn’t   been   so   happy,   once   vex’s   voice   echoes   quietly   through   the   bars   of   the   stockade,   in   days.
