Well what happens was….,

Remember when I said I would be blogging again…well what happened was this thing called LIFE!

Your girl got COVID so I had to isolate, then I’m taking six classes and life has just been fast paste. Honestly, February was trash for me. Although, I have a really good feeling about March!

I’ve been knocking out some of those New Years Goals!

- live a healthier life: I go to the gym 3-4 times per week. I drink more water and I take Vitamins now. Let me tell you I have so much energy, like the vitamins have me waking up at 5am ready for the day.

- Meditate: I’ve been learning about how beneficial deep breathing is. This has helped my anxiety A LOT. I do the 4 box rule deep breathed with a mantra guide for sound. The one by Jhene Aiko is the best. The 4 box rule is, imagine you’d in a box so you inhale for 4 seconds——-hold the breaths in for 4 seconds——-release the breath for 4——then relax for 4 seconds. I do this usually in the morning or if I feel overwhelmed.

- Being happy in any stage of life: This has been a work in progress for me, I have recently been practicing INTENTION/ PURPOSE! For a long time I didn’t know what that was for my life, I was just living just to live but there was no purpose behind it. I think my life has always been fast pace that I forgot to soak in moments and appreciate it’s what I have. I’m grateful for everything of course but to sit and feel it, with every fiber in me is important. For a long time I was a prisoner in my mind and now I wanna live with purpose, and live a holy life with people I love in my purpose.

I challenge you, whoever comes across this blog. What is your purpose right now? Doesn’t have to be a big plan but what intentions do you want so you can be internally happy?

I’m focused y’all, tunnel vision on my goals this week. My mentors got me right together, and I’m so inspired and ready to hit the mark. First thing tomorrow I have a team call to motivate and get ahead of this week. We’ve got contracts to close, it’s go time! I had to realize, I’m my greatest competition.
