Yes! We achieved the millennial dream - buying a house for way more than it’s worth in a market that’s due to collapse any second!

(In all seriousness, it’s very nice little place, one story, two bedrooms, nice kitchen, huge window in the living room, garage so people will stop hitting my car while it’s parked on the street, CENTRAL AIR which has been a blessing today .... it wasn’t that hot, only mid-upper 70s, but humid as hell. I’m so happy.)

The 2010s film i would actually love to see on the list is Parasite - think this will 100% happen. It's universal, well-written, stylistically admirable and still being referenced 3 years later which is def a positive sign
