I don't know what prompted this but Natalie and I think about this minimum 27 times a week too. He cuts Maxy's steak for him because Max is too hungover and he has a headache and it's okay because it's Lando sacred duty to take care of him. What else is there to say!!!

what kind of bread do you make? ive wanted to start making my own, but havent figured out what would be a good basic, multi-use bread to try

omg here https://domesticgothess.com/wprm_print/13176 is my favorite bread recipe, my roommate and I call it "communism bread" because the first time I made it I misread the amount of yeast it needed so to fix my mistake I had to quintuple the recipe and intended to share the loaves with my neighbors

It's white sandwich bread and every time I finish making it I eat like half the loaf right out of the oven. My dad (who grew up on homemade bread) says it's the best crust he's ever had

I always have to add more liquid than it calls for, but start with the recommended amount and don't freak out if you need more. Also, there comes a point in this recipe (while you're kneading in the butter (aka margarine bc I'm vegan) that I always think "I must be doing this wrong." I'm not. Keep kneading it'll become normal dough

Edit: I use oat milk for the non dairy milk, I like the medium thickness (thicker than rice and soy milk but thinner than coconut or whole cow's milk), you can use whatever milk though. Maybe not coconut unless you want to taste coconut in your bread. Always use unsweetened original flavors, no vanilla!
