When he had heard the ruckus, he had originally come in to try to help. But as he approached the outskirts of the village, it was clear that the gaurdian needed no help.

He made quick work of the horde, jumping and casting flashy magic that was as beautiful as it was deadly, and Sora couldn’t help but be in awe and inspired by it. Unlike a normal person who would run at the sight of danger, he remained on the sidelines, happily watching until he finished.

eyes sealed, a voice that floated in mind alone, he finds his own name half forgotten to the advent of brutal history. they say to be nameless is to be without tether. to become mad. through vibrations in nature alone he sees sheik, a tentative friend, and wonders if this is the future that awaits him: in the company of shadows where their breath sings a song meant not for the living, but the echo of who they use to be. nameless, secluded, with only death their worthy guest. would you care to confirm or deny?
Character Introduction of Sheik
Some notes:
- hair is naturally sort of curly/wavy, straightened it for most of their life to appear more like their ancestors
- cut hair with their knives to quickly adopt the role of Sheik in an emergency to disguise themselves
- learned to fight from Impa and Delok (Byrne) ever since childhood (it took some persuasion but Delok gave in quickly for self-defense reasons and Impa soon relented)
- of all the things they felt they had to do to fulfill their destiny, learning and playing the harp is something they genuinely love
- doesn't have any real friends because they've never really found themselves; only living the role of the princess as they convinced themselves they were born to do
(- will learn to understand themselves during the au and develop an own sense of self, discarding the princess persona and living freely as Sheik)
what if you drew Sheik in some pastel-goth fashion just for the sake of old times? 👀✨
