I completely get this and I 100% respect your opinion. I’m personally also not really a big fan of how they’re writing Mike in general, especially byler, at the point I’m at in S4, and if I didn’t have fanon drilled into my brain I don’t know if I would ship byler either.

universe yes story no - elenaril and riley are separate because they are actual dnd characters that I actively play so they have their own stories. the rest are from the same story that only exists in my head that started with lyria and sort of evolved into whatever it is now, and ive been actually trying to put all my ideas into a coherent story and timeline so this is definitely very much a work in progress

and Rowan! Rowan is a tiefling druid that has a growing connection to fungi. At first they thought it was a disease, but they embraced it and now live in symbiosis. She and Lyria knew each other as children a little bit. They lost contact for years, and met by accident as adults
