Theme of the day, what lies beneath, advice to move forward:

The theme of the day is completion. You may be experiencing a sense of fulfillment as things move on to a new chapter in your life. There has been some troubles in the past but it is indicated that you are moving on to better times. While there are signs of things getting better, you are still adviced to stay vigilant and protect what is yours.

Literally gasped when I pulled this card. Page of Cups in reverse.

I was asking what I should do about these nostalgic feelings I’ve been having, thinking of my ex, questioning whether or not I should go back, now that he’s been working on himself.

This reading answered my question and now I have no more doubts.

The upright meaning is about new love (it can mean love for the first time ever!! which is what he was to me!), naivety, daydreams and expressing love + creativity.

Reverse well.. It’s about heartbreak. The loss of naivety, growing up and seeing things how they are. The need to ground yourself in reality, stop yourself from getting carried away by dreams.

The message couldn’t be more clear to me.

As advice this would all mean it’s telling me: Don’t act on these nostalgic feelings! Leave it in the past, and grow from it, even though it’s hard not to chase that beautiful daydream.

It’s telling me to stay firm in my decision. I was already doing that but this helps me reinforce my choice. I won’t lie, after a long conversation with him, where it felt like old times.. I was wavering but this was what I needed to hear.
