"But is it worth killing for?"
To the galaxy she was died, having died trying to kill her former master. It was why she could wander the galaxy, why she could pick up bounties with no one questioning her, and why she could move into and out of the shadows with ease. No one knew who she was and those that did were most likely dead. But the battles seemed to be the same no matter which lifetime she thought about. In all honesty, it felt like the battles she'd fought before were being repeated. Or maybe they never really stopped. Ventress knew the Jedi were all but destroyed thanks to Order 66 and yet she knew there were still some out there. Or she'd really lost her connection to the Force. Either way, she knew this one was going to be trouble and leaving was something she was seriously considering. "Do you really want the galaxy to know who you really are?"
