Heavyweight Punch by Geoff Hunt

From one of my favorite artist (can’t you tell?) Geoff Hunt brings us, “The Heavyweight Punch” which vividly depicts these three ships leading the line at Trafalgar, 21st October 1805. Leading is Lord Nelson’s flag ship, the HMS Victory (100 guns), followed by HMS Temeraire (98 guns), and HMS Neptune (98 guns).

Finally finished the 13 hours of Victorious video essay content.

What i got out of it:

- watching 13 hours of video in like 2 days is not a good idea when you have a concussion and will give you an excruciating headache that will cause you to vomit multiple times. (i started the first 5 hour video a while ago but thought it would be so smart to RESTART IT WHEN I WAS 3 HOURS IN)

- all the main characters are either horrible people or incredibly boring

- jade is mtf and lesbian

- i related to these horrible people more than i should...

- I want to drop a car battery on Dan Schneider. Over. and Over. and Over.

- Beck is FTM (yes ik he's canonically transphobic but i decided he's trans)

- the way Cat is progressively more and more infantilized throughout the shows run reminds me so much of how someone in my life treated me when we were friends

- Tori is my least favorite character on the face of the planet. She's not even one of those "This character is a horrible person and i love them to much" like with Disney villains, she's a horrible person and i hate her so much because of the way the show treats her actions (will explain more if you want, dm me. i love talking about my special interests)

- Trina. Deserved. Better.

i have more to talk about if you wanna hear about it. Currently in love with video essays and Nickelodeon Sitcoms.

К слову, эти военные потери примерно такие же, как и у немцев с их союзниками, а не "на порядки больше", как нам врут антисоветчики. ⠀ Подавляющее большинство убитых - это жертвы целенаправленного геноцида, который проводили гитлеровские захватчики, а планировали они убить гораздо больше: только за первую зиму 1941-1942 года, если бы не был сорван блицкриг, гитлеровцы планировали уморить голодом 30 миллионов советских людей. ⠀ За последнее время появились и стали известны много работ на эту тему от профессиональных историков. Это и "Просчитанные убийства" швейцарского историка Кристиана Герлаха, и "Война на уничтожение" Егора Яковлева, и другие. ⠀ К сожалению, незнание изложенных там фактов и непонимание процессов, которые были запущены в той войне, всё ещё широко бытуют у нас.
