Greg would definitely start making jokes like 'It's morbin time!' in the workplace because of course he's seen the memes and thinks they're funny. He has not seen the movie because of course he hasn't. Tom laughs hysterically every time he says it bc he wants to seem Cool and Hip and In With The Youths, and then he actually goes to see Morbius (by himself because he assumes Greg's already seen it and he can't convince a single other living soul to go with him) and suffers through all 90 minutes of it. He does not hear the line 'its morbin time' but assumes he somehow just missed it. The next day at the office he tries to make a joke about it which goes over Greg's head, which is how Tom realizes he never actually saw Morbius, and Tom proceeds to hold over his head the fact that he 'made' Tom go see it bc of his stupid memes for a truly ridiculous amount of time
