Seeing a lot of people worried about Will and his screen time this season. Noah himself said that he would have good scenes this season and dialogue. Additionally, he generally is very excited about the season and I doubt this would be the case if he barely featured. Below I have two screenshots from two reviewers which demonstrate that he does indeed have good screen time.

Despite having less screen time near the end of volume 1, which is due to tying up other stories and plot lines, it is likely Will is going to have decent screen time in volume 2 which could potentially have his feelings confirmed by a confession on screen at some point. Regardless, Will is set to have decent screen time and remember reviewers haven’t seen episode 8-9, with only few seeing episode 7.

I can’t tell if it’ll be immensely sad or entertaining to watch Joyce spiral again. On one hand, Winona absolutely steals the show in her role regarding this side of Joyce. On the other, however, it’ll be depressing to see the Byers family slowly start to come apart internally starting with it’s matriarch. Just when they’re finding that normalcy that’s so out of reach for our cast too, lol.

Rewatching Stranger Things has made me see Byler in a new light. I see what y'all are talking about now. Definitely wouldn't be upset if they became canon.

However I won't be upset if Mileven stay together either so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

In 2019, my story for NaNoWriMo was a Stranger Things story.

Shipboard Romance was born out of the basic idea of The Party on The Titanic but without the tragedy. Specifically, I pictured Mike and Will as Jack and Rose, but without a tragic story. Thus, Shipboard Romance came to be.

We open on that infamous first day of kindergarten where Mike and Will meet and then we fast forward to the summer before The Party’s senior year. Mike and El break up shortly before Jim bids at a police auction for a Disney cruise and wins. The story then shifts to the Disney Cruise, where we follow Byler, Elmax, Jopper, Jancy and platonic Henclair for their adventures on the ship.

This was one of my favorite stories to write and I’m glad it’s gotten so much love since I published it.
