so my scholarship acceptance app has been processed but the funds dont get processed for another couple days and i dont get my book voucher for another couple days after that and my anxiety/excitement is up to here yall

We finally have December! Along side me trying to get an over head view whilst standing in a very precarious position. I just want to pull it out and work on it but I got asked to make a dinosaur hooded blanket and they wanted scales. I kind of want the rain to come back and give me a couple days off.

All of the fun fabric has gone on sale at once.

What is more important: having a Pokemon skirt for Summer Reading Program, or weathering my spouse’s resigned “that’s fine, honey” when I tell him I bought fabric to make yet another skirt even though I have spent gulp amount on said enterprise this month.

I got less squares sewn today than I expected because it turns out Tennessee Spring might be my nemesis? High pollen count + high temperature + high humidity means I have simultaneous POTS (low blood pressure) and allergy (high blood pressure*) flareups and they kind of cancel each other out but not really? The blood pressure evens out enough I don’t get migraines, just moderate headaches, but the brain fog is doubled. It feels like that post about mixing nyquil and five hour energy drinks** to make slowfast: all the time all the time *pretty sure allergies aren’t supposed to affect blood pressure and if yours are, you should probably talk to a doctor. I have talked to several doctors and the general consensus is “that’s weird, but you say there’s a specific blood pressure measurement range where benadryl helps? measure your blood pressure regularly and keep taking benadryl when you need to. Not sure why it’s doing that.” **don’t do that
